1. INTRODUCTION
Adnan Zaman, trading as Azaman Analytics ("Consultant", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to providing the highest level of data privacy and security. As an Enterprise Data Architect handling sensitive financial, treasury, and operational data, we recognize that data governance is critical to our clients' compliance with regulations such as APRA CPS 234, BASEL III, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect both personal information and proprietary corporate data when you interact with our website, engage our services, or communicate with us.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We only collect information that is strictly necessary for the execution of our enterprise consulting services.
2.1 Personal & Corporate Contact Information: When you submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or enter into a Statement of Work (SOW), we collect basic B2B contact details, including names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, and billing addresses.
2.2 Financial & Proprietary Client Data: During the execution of Diagnostic Audits or Pipeline Engineering, clients may grant us access to specific subsets of their internal data (e.g., SAP ERP extracts, treasury liquidity reports). We strictly mandate that clients do not provide us with raw Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of their retail customers. All financial data provided to us must be aggregated or anonymized by the client where possible, unless specifically required for the architectural build.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information exclusively for the following operational purposes:
● Service Delivery: To design, code, test (UAT), and deploy SQL, Python, and data architectures as outlined in formal Statements of Work.
● Commercial Administration: To issue GST invoices, process payments, and manage our independent B2B contractor relationship.
● Communication: To provide project updates, deliver architectural blueprints, and respond to inquiries.
4. DATA SECURITY & CPS 234 ALIGNMENT
We understand that our mid-market financial clients operate under strict regulatory scrutiny (e.g., APRA). Our data handling practices are designed to integrate seamlessly with your internal security protocols.
4.1 Data in Transit and at Rest: Any proprietary data transferred to Azaman Analytics for analysis is stored on encrypted, access-controlled drives. We do not maintain long-term archives of client operational data.
4.2 Secure Destruction: Upon the successful deployment of the data architecture and final sign-off, all raw client financial data and temporary working files (e.g., Excel extracts, CSVs) held by Azaman Analytics are permanently and securely deleted from our local and cloud environments, unless specifically mandated by law to be retained.
4.3 No "Shadow IT": Our primary objective is to replace fragile manual workflows with auditable, programmatic pipelines. We execute our work within the client’s secure cloud perimeter (e.g., AWS, Azure, internal VPNs) whenever possible, ensuring data never leaves your secure environment.
5. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
To deliver high-velocity coding and architecture, Azaman Analytics utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) orchestration tools (such as Large Language Models) to generate Python and SQL syntax.
5.1 Strict AI Data Firewall: We guarantee that no raw client financial data, proprietary figures, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is ever fed into public AI models or machine learning generators. AI is utilized strictly to formulate algorithmic structures and code syntax based on anonymized, theoretical data schemas.
6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
We operate a highly insulated consulting practice. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data to third parties.
We will only disclose information under the following circumstances:
● Legal Requirement: If mandated by Australian law, court order, or regulatory body (such as the ATO).
● Subcontractors: If a specific project requires a specialized subcontractor, this will only occur with the explicit prior written consent of the Client, and the subcontractor will be bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) identical to this policy.
7. GLOBAL MOBILITY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY
The Principal Consultant is a dual citizen of Australia and Bangladesh and operates on a 100% remote basis. While the Consultant may physically execute work from international locations (e.g., Dhaka), all services are natively synced to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). All local data processing is subject to the stringent requirements of this policy, and primary data storage utilizes secure, globally recognized enterprise cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace) with robust localized compliance standards.
8. YOUR RIGHTS & CONTACT INFORMATION
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate.
If you have any questions regarding our data governance, or if you wish to discuss how we align with your internal APRA CPS 234 requirements prior to an engagement, please contact:
